Fill an empty ice-cream container or something like it with 3 parts water and 1 part vege, chicken or beef stock home made is probably best as I am not sure about the ingredients in packet stocks. Add some dog treats it as well, not too many, just a few. Freeze it until it is solid, probably overnight and empty the frozen block onto the shadiest part of your lawn.
