Nice to meet you all. my baby about 1 year old and he suddenly pop up cherry eye. any idea where to fix it up and is it costly? I quite worry about it get hurt the "cherry" when he play around. My vet had been messing around for a month trying to fix an indolent ulcer on my elderly Rottweilers eye. We were eventually referred to Simon at All Animal Eye Services who booked my girl in for surgery the next morning. Everything went according to plan and at our check up 7 days later the eye was declared in perfect condition. vetrg Posted February 5, 2011 Share Posted February 5, 2011 You don't mention what breed your dog is. If this is one of the mastiff breeds or a loose skinned dog like a basset or great dane I would recommend either going to a specialist or checking that your local vet is very experienced with that type of dog before surgery and the complication arte is much higher with those breeds.
