Sandra777
Well I thought it was a simple question but maybe I was wrong. Dog is owned by breeder. Dog is on Main Register. New owner has signed the CCCQ form acknowledging the dog will be on the Limited Register. Is there anything else that needs to be done to get the dog changed from Main to Limit? ie: is there another form the owner (who is the breeder) has to complete? Please don't start arguing about contracts and stat decs TIA
~SL~
I think I just wrote a letter to say that I was changing the pup to limited and why and sent that off with the signed Limit register form.
Sandra777
Thanks SL. Will do that. Very surprised there's not a 67 page form somewhere to be completed!
WreckitWhippet
Surprisingly it's not that complicated LOL
MissMonaro
In Qld - all the breeder does is sign the back of the main register certificate as per a normal transfer. Then attach the Limited register agreement form to that....post it all in to the CCCQ or Dogs Qld with the transfer payment and then the pup is registered to the new owner on the Limited Register. I've done it just recently and I never wrote a letter saying why.

Just need to attach the Limit Register agreement signed by the new owner and attach to the papers and send into Dogs Queensland. I did not have to write a letter either. I think you may have to do to go the other way (IE> Limit to Main)
~SL~
Are you telling me it could have been simpler and I could have been saved from writing a letter? Damn!
