I had a good day at agility today. Millie got 4 passes for 4! Her first pass in Excellent Agility, and 2nd place :) And another Excellent Jumping pass. She also got a pass in Novice Snooker and another Novice Strategic Pairs. Go Moo!! :cheer:

Ruby's day wasn't quite as successful, but she managed another Novice Strat Pairs pass :)

Well done mate

NOT A CHANCE :D

Agility is my thing I just do with very minimal training because I'd rather spend the time training obedience.... If we pass, bonus  If we don't, I just make sure the kids are still running with a smile on their face :)

We had our first flyball comp in years today and Darcy ran extremely well all morning!! (I had to leave during lunch to go to work :()

The only fault that happened is when I suddenly changed him from starter dog to the middle (which he hates) so he was distracted and caught sight of a little fluffy dog running in the other lane so went and said hello! Apart from that he didn't put a foot wrong even when the team ended up having to jump 14 inches.......not bad for a dog who has probably done only 3-4 training sessions in the last year and a half :o

Owner needs a bit of a talking too about the crappy starting times though! :o

Congratulations RS

Just finished our week of Adelaide Royal Show and boy what a busy week. Had been down there for the last 9 nights. Friday night we had jumpers and little Gabby won master jumping and just missed out in open jumping at the second to last jump didnt quite make it around the corner and missed the jump. Saturday night we had agility on and young Gabby won both master and open agility so was quite proud of her. Inka did the obedience and stuffed up Ud was too excited too concentrate. So didnt do the second article and did the silent signals on her on. Thursday night we had open and Inka won open with 190 points. All the other nights we were in the main arena doing Superdogs. So it has finally finished for another year.

Hey Ness how did you go last night. Couldnt get down there too see the novice and CCD busy on the main arena unfortunately

Kenz did ok Xena but no pass as she decided to move all 4 feet when I left her for the COP - a first for her . Wasn't quite her normal standard but she didn't do badly either. Nobody passed novice so would have been the top scoring dog if we had opted to do stays and got through stays but given how unreliable her sit stay is I decided given she wasn't on a pass that we weren't going to attempt stays. Still pleased with how far she has come - a normal trial will never bother her again.

We backed up again yesterday for the DWD demo after general specials and she had an absolute blast .

Well that was good Ness its so hard at the Royal. There was no passes in ud either one border was on a pass and broke the stays. Open was much better but its hard for the newies though Glad the DWD went well

Yeah the judge was saying it was obvious those dogs who had done UD the first night and had come back for Open the second night performed better. Well done on your results - would have loved to have done the agility as well but oh well silly injured Kenz.

Kenz was on really early (ended up having to go in second) which didn't help things as normal the crowd starts out and then dies after the first couple of dogs. She had a little screaming kid right behind the start peg so was very unsettled and she certainly isn't bullet proof yet and is very light on with trial experience and certainly recent trial experience. But still to have held it together as much as she did is certainly worth a brag :).
