I believe this includes vaccines. A very tiny percentage of medication-related adverse events are ever reported by vets themselves, so we, as pet owners, must make sure that we always submit our own reports. This will hopefully help researchers and legislators to monitor and improve the safety and efficacy of our pets' medicines.
