Kirislin
Usually I love redbubble, but I've just got advice of how much they're paying me and it's quite a bit less than my calculations show it should be. Has anyone else been underpaid by them. I'm hoping we can work it out.
persephone
I have never received much..but it is always accurate. Don't forget that 'recently' their production costs went up...so if you didn't alter your percentage , you won't be getting as much ...also.. check your older works are marked correctly. Also..they don't pay anything unless you have $20.00 or more 'in kitty' Sorry..not much help, probably. Does THIS help ?
Kirislin
It's OK, they've already replied and have agreed they made a mistake, apparently they had a problem last month and she said they thought it was sorted. I think they will pay the right amount, she is passing it onto IT. So, everyone, check your accounts.

Kirislin
There was quite a bit of too-ing and fro-ing with this saga. They admitted they'd made a mistake and underpaid me and then they said I'd have to wait for the payment or, it I wanted it now I'd have to pay a fee! Since I only make a few sales around Christmas I thought I might have to wait until next year to get the money owed. Eventually they agreed to pay it, so it's all worked out OK in the end but I had to persevere. Just a warning to all, check your accounts. If you made a sale around Dec 7th, make sure you got it.
