I am Sam
hey Does anyone know a good vet south of river who does c3 vaccinations
stormie
Hey Sam, I'm in Sydney so can't give you any recommendations, however any vet should be able to give a C3. In order to give a C5, they have to use a C3 so you just need to specifically ask for it over a C5
Loraine
Either Lynwood Vet Surgery on Metcalfe Road or the High Road Vet will give C3 injections. As Stormie said any vet should do what you request.
I am Sam
I've asked a couple of vets and they refused. Their policy is the 3 vacc C5s.

I am Sam
After many phone calls Subiaco vet will do two vaccs of C3. One at 6-8 weeks and one a month later. All the other vets said the pups need 3 vaccinations whether it was C3 or C5. All but one or two vets refused to do the C3. makes you wonder if its a health thing or a money thing??? Hairy Maclary
Try Julian at Victoria Park Vet Clinic. He is always happy to talk things over with you and listen to your point of view. I could not be happier with my choice of vet.
stormie
Oh right, these are puppy shots you're talking about? We prefer to do 3 puppy shots, but mostly because we've heard of pups dying from parvo who only had 2. We'd rather be safe than sorry. But in saying that, we will happily just do C3's if that's what people want.

Golden Rules
Try Julian at Victoria Park Vet Clinic. He is always happy to talk things over with you and listen to your point of view. I could not be happier with my choice of vet. He is my vet as well and I also only did two C3 puppy shots, not three, and not C5. You do need to find a vet you can work with, not one you end up arguing with. I used to use Subiaco Vets with my first boy Hamish, he had quite a bit of work done there and they were very nice. Mim
We've been going to Subiaco Vet since forever. They are very nice and the vets always listen to our requests/concerns/questions.
