zizzi
My little rigby cost me $400 because he is a purebred from RSPCA but I completely respect they need to pick up the extra money where they can because some dogs do cost alot more to look after. Mind u rigby had ear infections mites fleas and need proper clipping as well as desexing and vaccination and worming he probably cost them alot to but to buy a Bichon frise then desex vaccinate microchip etc would have cost me more than $400 anyway ;) I don't understand why people complain? Pretty Miss Emma
I got Emma from the RSPCA, as an older dog she was cheaper (~$250). Kenzie is a purebred, who is now desexed etc. The vet costs for all her final puppy vaccinations, desexing plus a tummy upset she had in the first 3 weeks I had her well exceeded $500. So good luck to someone who thinks that $350 for a pup with most of these things done is expenseive!! Glad to hear there has been some follow up! Bartok
This is a bit of track but i just rang channel 10 and put in a complaint about Bondi Vet A litter of pups on there the other week were vaccinated at 6 wks, but then u see the owner of the pups hand a pup to its new owner. No mention if the dogs was chipped or it had turned 8weeks before rehoming.
