Dogsfevr Posted January 3, 2011 Share Posted January 3, 2011 In our trailer we always ensure what is at the bottom is as non slip as possible. The made to fit canvas beds are great as already mentioned especially if the dog has an accident on the way or over night & can be easily cleaned & used asap. Crazy Daisy Posted January 3, 2011 Share Posted January 3, 2011 I went to Ikea yesterday and they have long outdoor sun bed cushions for only $14.95. I got two for each side and thought I would just put an old sheet over it to protect it from my golden's hair. We'll see if it works this weekend. Sir Sniffalot Posted January 3, 2011 Share Posted January 3, 2011 In our trailer the two front compartents are bigger than the back, we first added non slip matting to the wooden floor then made to fit cushions which l made, each section has two, one on top of the other so they are nice and thick, l just throw them out and make more or wash them as needed. AshleyB Posted January 4, 2011 Share Posted January 4, 2011 (edited) Great Rugs (http://www.greatrugs.com.au/) are the best - they measured and made the thick canvas mats that are in each bay. I then put another bed on top, and in winter, or wet weather I will also put a piece of dry bed in to draw the moisture away. They are perfect and easily cleaned if needed.
