DMA
Anyone know anything about them? Yeah it's a first generation model of the Micro Four Thirds range which Olympus & Panasonic had modified from the standard Four Thirds. The idea is to have a SLR but one that's about the size of a large compact. Essentially they've taken the mirror out of an SLR, but you still use interchangeable lenses. However the technology has it's weakness in respect to action shots. But for everything else expect SLR level image quality. They aren't, though, good in dull light, as their high ISO ensures very poor noise, but as a good general camera they do the job well. Here's the dpreview.com article on the model: http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/panasonicdmcg10/ Personally, if you are going to go Micro Four Thirds, & you are prepared to spend a fair amount, I'd suggest you look at the Panasonic DMC-GH2. It's just been released & is a major improvement over all previous Micro Four Thirds range including break-through sensor technology ensuring the camera has 16MPs instead of the usual 12MPs for Four Thirds. The early reviews have been very impressive for this camera.

KumaAkita
I have one... It is Fantastic. Like totally in love with it fantastic. Good size, great capabilities, flexibility with having the ability to use Olympus lenses. I enjoy that it is not as big as the same level canons and nikons. I have not yet taken it out of the IA mode much but will be doing a course this year to learn how to use it better. I'm on the iPad so don't have too many photos on here and photo bucket sucks on the iPad.... I'll put picks up soon.
tlc
I haven't seen that particular one but I will say panasonics are very good, beofre I had my slr I had the pana lumix fz20 then the fz 50 and also a little pana point and shoot. They all took great shots, the lenses on thier cameras are awesome. I still have my fz 50 which I use a lot at the beach etc and it hasn't missed a beat. KumaAkita
Few pics for you I have really only taken pics of the dog (naturally....) but have some "nature" shots somewhere... This one has a bit of touching up in iPhoto, but nothing significant just using the enhancement tool
