She / He came about 2 months ago and hasn't left . At first she cleaned up Jake ( the goats ) feed but we now put seed out for her as she has hung around. She has no ring on her leg but must be from an aviary or a homing pigeon ? She has made her home under the eves on the clothes line What a beautiful pigeon 3/52 Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the water... Thats Vice, my mad little 10 month old girl! She was actually biting at her splashes, not drowning Brilliant! Yes Echo did manage to pluck some fruit off the tree she is quite good at it.She also managed some leaves. MTD - I love the story behind "Penny" pigeon ish - that action shot of Vice is a classic TD - totally agree with Clover stunning capture ! It is so dreamlike with the mist/sun etc lic 82 - Amazing detail of the hippo - It is a hippos nose isn't it ? This is my foster Steel - he turns 4 today, so in anticipation of this great event, I took him to a local reserve yesterday afternoon, tied him to a tree and took some photo's ;) Haven't finished all of the processing yet - I should have a good one of him for next years calendar - meanwhile I really love this one!
