Lancefield Shows

Today I attended the two shows at Lancefield with entries close to 1200 for the AM & PM shows. A little chilly but excellent shows. However I cannot escape mentioning the appalling toilet facilities in particular on the eastern side near Groups One & Two. Also the number of toilest for such a large entry was totally inadequate. The clubs must address this matter for future shows and should not expect paying exhibitors nor the public to contemplate such filthy conditions. Even some Porta loos would have been welcome and trust the club can arrange something for the two remaining show days.

Agreed David, they were pretty bad, no toilet paper for one, early in the day...

I overheard one woman last week complaining that one lot of toilets were locked (8am) she was told to go use the ones elsewhere around the grounds. Last week was the same with only one toilet with paper in it very early in the day. I just make sure i bring my own...just in case ;-)

Today the opened some new toilets near the entrance in the cricket clubhouse.

Even the 'nice' toilets were a bit ergh.

This is why my motto is "I don't camp!" I feel so sorry for those who camped there
