RallyValley
Ok so I brought this camera fron a DOLer so I thought it was only fair to share. I had literally had it less then 5 minutes when I took these and I started work at 10pm last night and finished at 6am this morning so I am not my sharpest Proud to say that they are all taken in manual and I have made a vow not to use auto on this camera I am too tired to do any post processing so they are all as shot. These two are my favs ;) This is of my 86 year old nonno. It's hard to get a nice picture of him Except the water bottle in this one annoys me. Will have to crop later. Please post lots & lots of photos Merry Christmas DMA! Two kelpie photos just for you! I can't believe how much better the quality is. The one of Toby's face you can even see really clearly what is reflected in his eyes. These two were shot with my 40-150mm lens and the first two pics were shot with the 14-42mm lens. Yeah it's a big improvement over the E420 eh? I got lazy using it actually... And thanks for the two kelpie photos. I've got two kelpies myself :D That second shot, the facial one, is really nice! Enjoy your new toy
RallyValley
Now I am just spamming this thread. No post editing done on this lot either. (Can you tell I am so excited to play with my new toy?) All taken with kit lens 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 Zuiko ED (for those non 4/3's users that equivalent of 28-84mm) They are all taken at the house my brother now owns and he wanted me to 'take pictures of it for him'. Forgot one I really like; Edited December 25, 2010 by RallyValley

NotSureWhich
That one of your Nonno would make a sensational BW and with some burning/vignetting you can remove all the distractions around him. Lovely photos btw, it's great having a new camera.
fattima
Great to see you enjoying your new camera. Particularly like the photo of your nonno and the Kelpie portrait. Also love the abstract series of shots of your brother's house - great ideas! Looking forward to seeing many more.
