Before Peach was 12 months old we were beating dogs much older than her including a RUBOB over a grand champion. Just don't underestimate yourself or your dog! I've been told a judge is much more likely to look at an older dog than a puppy, so I expect Ella to be ahead for quite a while yet. You would be surprised. At Portia's first show in minor, she got RUBOB over an older titled male, and she doesn't have a blaze which some judges can interpret as 'not preferred'.
