Lawn Mowing And Dogs

I'm wondering what is the best lawn mower to use with the dogs in mind. Do I use a traditional mower with grass catcher or a mulch mower.

I guess with the mulch mower it has to be done more often.

Does mowing with a mulch mower cause problems with the dogs, eg in dogs feet or coat or is it not a problem?

If you use a mulch mower and have a dog with white feet, their feet turn green

Our mower can mulch but we use the catcher as there are too many weeds.

As I thought hmmm.... the mower guy didn't understand my questions about the dogs.

Mower and catcher I think will be the go, Thanks

I have a mower and catcher.

It's only good if the grass is REALLY dry. If it's the slightest bit wet it still leaves clumps of grass on the lawn.

Wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have a very naughty little poodle who likes to then roll in it and bring all the clippings inside.

I don't think i have ever used the catch on the mower maybe once when I first bought the mower to test it out.. She does get covered in grass clippings when she rolls around after it's cut, but they seem to fall off before getting filthy by them, never seen her turn into a green coloured dog lol. I can understand white coats and fresh cuts not mixing well.
