Caesars mum
I would like to feed my dogs rabbit, but I can't find anywhere in Qld that sells them for the pet market and the butchers sell them for up to $25 each for human consumption. I love my dogs but when they need a rabbit each that makes for a $100 dinner and until I win lotto its not happening. prefer in Brisbane area if anyone knows of a supply or even in Northern NSW as I go down to mums at Ballina a bit thanks guys, I know the Dol brains trust will be able to help me. jagersmum
Know any farmers? or shooters? You need someone with the equivalent of a R license through the games council in QLD. Through the winter we have a freezer full of rabbits, wild boar, etc
t-time
I don't know what sort of dogs you have but Meat City at Caboolture has whole (frozen) rabbits for $14 each (just noticed it this morning). Also you could try BARF available at a number of Brissy Nth stores - there's a rabbit variety. No rabbits in Qld you know! ;)

Saying that I cant bring my ferrets which catch me the rabbits LOLtry the greyhound meat suppliers I think you will find it is illegal to keep ferrets in Q'ld - just as it is illegal to keep rabbits without a special permit. However, if you want to come up and provide my dog with some rabbits, I'm not comnplaining. Gees - I'd probably eat them myself.
