k9angel
http://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/a/-/newsh...down-teenagers/ Police dog Argus put the bite on three teenage burglars overnight, stopping them in their tracks on the fairway of a Melbourne golf course. Police were called to the Monterey Secondary College around 2am (AEDT) after the teenagers allegedly broke into a canteen for an early-morning snack. Local police and a canine unit arrived within minutes and chased the offenders across the school oval and onto a nearby golf course. After repeated requests to stop by his handler, Senior Constable Paul Newman, Argus was released and quickly chased down one of the fleeing trio. A second offender immediately stopped after witnessing Argus's effective capture techniques. The third hid in bushes and was found a short time later. None of the offenders was injured. All three males were taken to Frankston Police Station and interviewed in relation to the burglary. A 14-year-old male from Cranbourne and a 15 and 16-year-old male, both from Frankston, are expected to be charged by summons at a later date. Sorry but I would of paid to of seen that. Hopefully it will teach them a lesson.
