Steve
O.K. Im interested in gathering a group of people who will join a small action/ working group to start to do something rather than just talk about it - in order to approach a goal of no live animals in pet shops or at a very minimum much less animals sold by pet shops - without changing any laws. You will not be asked to do anything you are not comfortable with and in the initial stages it will take little more than putting together plans and getting to realistic methods of approaching this. This is the second of many small working groups we will be kicking off so if this is something you feel really passionate about over any other pressing issue in the dog world this one will be for you - or you may want to hold off until we start another which might get you blood pumping a bit more. So before you put your hand up think it through. Troy will allow us a small area on the forum which only you will have access to while we are working on this and the only restriction is that we will not be looking at any strategy which includes law changes or redneck animal rights methods. Does it matter what state we live in No it doesnt matter where you live. For now all we want to do is identify what we can do and what we need to do to put that into action. No one will expect you to do anything you're not comfortable with.

poodlefan
I'd like to try and help if I can As much as a 19-year-old can anyways If you are old enough to buy a pup from a pet shop, you're old enough to be part of analysing the issue.
