Hi, I have done the nt to adelaide drive a few times. A good place to stop over is glendambo, it is halfway, a dog friendly caravan park, they have units too.

you should be able to do the drive in 2 days easy, I have done Alice to Adelaide non stop too and its not too bad, there isn't much to stop for anyway!
