Snowball
Hi I just bought some lab royal canine large dry food on a supper special. The owner said I could return if there was a problem. Now, there is no use by date on the pack, is that normal? should it have a date, maybey there is a reason it was on super special?? any feedback much appreciated snowball
Staranais
There should be a use by date! Perhaps it's just well hidden?

Many owners purchase and feed on a regular basis with no harm what so ever.
Guest choice_brandy
You could try giving the customer service number a call. The company could work out the used by date using the batch number. Have you opened the bag and looked at the food. As long as its not weevily and looks normal it should be relatively safe to feed.
Teebs
RC had a huge sale on last week, so being out of date may not be the reason
