kja Posted December 12, 2010 Author Share Posted December 12, 2010 OMG OMG OMG! I know non-divers won't care but yesterday I found a cleaning station for grey reef sharks at one of our dive sites! There aren't many of these around the traps and we're so excited to go back and see if it's only a seasonal thing or a year round thing. Nothing like watching big sharks stand on their tails, mouth & gills open and goofy grins on their faces while little cleaner wrasse dart around with impunity. I don't have photos of the tail-walking this time as I didn't realise what was going on until too late and I was keeping one eye on one shark and one eye on the one coming in behind me when the third was busy getting a wash (I saw it, but didn't get the camera around in time).
