Allerzeit
It's not a cabin, but we stayed in a hotel over there earlier this year that was dog friendly - dogs were allowed in the rooms - I can go through my emails and find the details if you're interested? Allerzeit
Grand Manor Motor Inn - it's in Queanbeyan rather than Canberra, but they were just brilliant with the accommodating the dogs - http://www.grandmanor.net.au

GoldenWei
We stayed in a B&B, it was quite nice, only problem is the yard is a shared yard, and the room we stayed in was quite small. It only just fit us an the dogs. The owners were really nice, they have two dogs of their own, and there is no problem with having the dogs in the room with you. It wasn't 5 star accommodation, but it did us for two nights. We were lucky as we were the only ones staying the first night, the second night two other couples were there, one had a young cavelier so didn't really use the yard at all. We only used it to toilet them and we also left them in the yard while we had breakfast... if we had of left them in the room who knows what they would of destroyed. ANZAC Park B&B. I think they have 3 or 4 rooms in total.

espinay2
An addition to the ones listed - Olims Hotel in Canberra (on Limestone Ave) is now pet friendly and allows dogs in the rooms.
