Zhou Xuanyao
Whether or not it is high is relative. High compared to what ? I have found it goes by area, and it is the same with most products and services. Smaller the town, the more you pay. In Sydney I would expect to pay upto $150 for a 30kg male. Here, the same thing costs $300 +. My bitch cost close to $400, in Sydney I would expect to pay $200 - $220. Hope his surgery goes well.
quickbrownfox
Good luck belgian.blue Hope Badger returns home safely and has a speedy recovery. Also, good idea asking for advice from your breeder. I think I will have to do this too with my pup when the time comes.

Moselle
Why is that considered expensive? I look at how much a human surgery of the same length of time and really think I am getting a bargain with my animals. I wish ALL vets would charge just a little more!! Huh? you must have a money tree growing in your backyard.... I happen to think that they charge enough as it is.

quickbrownfox
Badger is awake and sitting up Great news!! ;) I was thinking about you and Stanley the other day Was wondering how he is going? I think I need to come have Airedale puppy cuddles! Stanley is doing fantastic thanks He is starting to look like a leggy adolescent! :D I'm actually not in the city at the moment - I'm doing contract work in the country. I have thought about going to DOL social events to keep Stanley socialised now that his puppy class has finished, but it's just an issue with time for me. (But we will get there! Promise!!)
