Online litter registrations and membership renewals

Commencing 10 November – 31 December 2010 we will be testing the new ANKC online function that will allow

members to renew their membership and register litters online.

This system can be accessed at the DOGS Victoria website www.dogsvictoria.org.au

Some important information:

* Online litter registration applications will be processed in order of date of receipt; the office will still need to

complete all ANKC required checks, e.g. litter registration limitations, and checks against the VCA Code of

Practice.

* All supporting documentation in connection with litter registration applications or membership renewals (e.g.

pension card) should be scanned and attached to your application, or faxed separately to 9788 2599.

* Members will be unable to set up a login for online services unless your current email address is recorded on the

ANKC database.

* If members have not notified us of their current email address they should do so immediately by sending an email

to [email protected]. The words email address notification must be placed in the subject line (allow

seven days).

* During the six-week test period we welcome feedback and suggestions from members.

We can do this in NZ, and its GREAT!

saves time, paperwork, (maybe a tree or two) and lots of energy!.

You can do a lot with the NZ system, and its one thing i really do love about it, of course you must still send in hard copies of registration names etc, but for litter notifications and online renewals, its wonderful.
