Well socialised GSD's make the most wonderful family companions, my girl has worn a few tutus and hot pink socks in her time, and she only just 18 months! If you include my dogs, I have 5 girls 5 and under :D Best of luck with it. Not sure what other GSD people think but I wouldn't bust those balls until 12 months or more.
