A Judge ruled yesterday that there was enough evidence to proceed with the case.. Date set for 28th September... Fingress crossed this vile woman gets locked away for a VERY VERY long time. I dont have a link but if you are on facebook you can search for the German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County page.. This is what they wrote on their status: Courage's former owner will be going to trial, the judge has ruled there is enough evidence to warrant a trial. The trial date is set for Setp 28th, 2010.
