SparkyTansy
As per the title - does anyone know where i can buy a shorter hose or what the deal is with the extra long hose that came with it? it's so rediculously long it loses blowing power to the point where it is weaker than a hand held dryer! I usually just use the dryer itself without the hose and move it around while having both hands free to brush however it gets hard when there are specific areas that need doing that aren't as easily accessible by pointing the nozzle... Could I cut the hose or would I regret it in the long run for some currently unknown reason... Thanks
poodle3081
There are no problems in cutting the hose to the length you want. Most dryer hoses screw into the fittings. Ideally it would be good if you could cut it in half and then you have a spare hose.
shantiah
You can get more hose from a vacuum shop. Dont know what you have in WA but in NSW you can get it from Godfreys. They will cut it to any size you want. Ooops should add. Thats the hose for the old model that sits on the floor with the black hose. Not so sure about the newer one with grey hose that is mounted on a stand as I havent had to go looking for any Edited September 8, 2010 by shantiah
