Sayly
I know it's been done to death but I'm not sure what to make of an email we got today. We have a breeder's listing on DOL for the Irish but no litter listed however Ruby is currentl interstate being entertained by a gorgeous stud dog, so we are looking at our first litter to be born early November. I got home today to find this email: Title: Irish Terrier Email Body: Can you pls give me a call when you can. 0418330642. Sent via iPhone No name except for what it comes up as the email address. They may have tried to ring as we weren't home today and only the home number is listed. Is it worth just giving them a call? I'm a bit put off by the bluntness of the email and surely if they were that interested in a pup they would try calling again or send an email with a bit more body to it. I'd normally talk to our mentor but she's overseas for a couple of weeks.
SwaY
If they can't bother to do a proper email, i can't be bothered to call them.
ellz
Why should you chase them? I'm with Sway on this one. If they're that keen, they'll contact you again or at the very least, send a decent enquiry!

Although you could perhaps email back asking for more information and leave your contact number.
Sayly
Thanks everyone, that's how Mum and I were feeling but weren't sure if we were being over precious.

Not the smartest idea I know, but it could turn out to be a good potential puppy home?

Sayly
I was thinking about just writing back: "Are you interested in an Irish Terrier? Our contact number is ......" and leaving it at that.
