I was wondering, should he need assistance overnight, how my insurance will cover this? I have only been a member for 15 days and I see that accidents are claimable straight away, yet al illness has a 30day wait. Where does tick paralysis fit in here? It does not say in the disclosure? It is not an accident - this can be ascertained from reading the definition of 'accident' which means 30 day waiting period but you should confirm this with your insurer.
