I am fairly sure they can be. They cannot be entered in a veteran class at a breed specialty show where the winner is eligible to compete for the Challenge but they can be shown in a Veteran Sweepstakes class. I found this in the NSW Rules and Regs but I am sure it is ANKC endorsed.

Yep, just not able to be entered if Veteran is eligible for the challenge, Only happens at specialty's generally.

Both the Iggy that won, 7-10 vets today at Bairnsdale and my old girl who was in over 10 vets were also in neuter.

Thanks for the replies, thats why I asked BBJ, I thought it was the same dogs but couldn't be sure

In Queensland a neuter dog or bitch can be entered in a veteran class if it is a proven sire or bitch.

I've just had to confirm that with Dogs Qld for a recent show.
