Dog Transport Compaines

Hi all im trying to get a dog out of a pound and im looking at a transport company , i have tried dogtainers but they wanted $275 , could be more depending on his weight i have rung dogmovers hoping there cheaper awaiting for quote call back .

does anyone know of any transport companies that are reasonable . ???

Dogmovers are reasonable and friendly. They do QLD to Sydney, and I think GT Transport (hope that's right) do the southern leg. I had Dogmovers bring a 10kg boy from Sydney to just past Newcastle yesterday for $95. I have used them quite a few times and they have been great every time.

You do realise people transport 8 week old puppies with these companies and you're willing to stick a dog straight from the pound into the same van

Go and collect him or send him privately, it's irrepsonsible and puts other people's dogs and pups at risk, to transport dogs direct from the pound using such companies.
