I suppose I shouldn't really be pleased, it's a sign of very poor pasture I think. That's why the plants have to resort to eating meat! Kirislin Posted August 29, 2010 Author Share Posted August 29, 2010 (edited) Thanks guys. they grow out in the open but it's quite a moist clayey soil. Lots of sphagnum moss grows here. I've seen another kind of sundew that grows near my dam but this one is further up the hill and I've never noticed it before. It's very tiny and discreet. I first noticed it a couple of days ago and went back today to take some pics. I had a bit of trouble finding it again. Here's the kind that grows near the dam.
