experiencedfun
unfortunately as with every breed....that will happen. I remember a litter I bred about 20 years ago....both parents short coat all grandparents and great grand parents short coat...........all SEVEN puppies long coat......worst part was I had leased in a bitch I bred to do this very special mating.........most disappointing at the time
angelsun
That would have been a big shock to have the entire litter as long coats! Shows us just how sneeky genes can be, hiding away until just the right time to make an appearance, and yet, if you repeated that, you may have easily gotten totally different results. experiencedfun
I would have loved to repeat it as the conformation was outstanding......
