Teeth

Hello,

While I know it's normal for puppies to lose and grow adult teeth, my puppies teeth are starting to worry me.

Saskia is almost 8 months old but all of her teeth still haven't grown. I've noticed that her 2 front teeth are kind of broken looking and her gums look quite red. I give her bones and chew toys and teeth cleaning sticks, is there something else I could be doing? Should I perhaps give her some puppy milk to up her calcium?

She's a GSD by the way. Training is going beautifully. Thanks.

So she is what, 3 or 4 months old?

Red and bulging gums are a sign the new teeth are coming up and the puppy teeth should be getting wobbly then fall out on their own. Keep checking the mouth weekly to see that the teeth are falling out and not staying put with the adult one alongside it.
