Narcissa
I've always had a soft spot for ellz's suggestion of Satine. How about Caressa? Estrella/Estelle is beautiful too (Spanish for Star). Mercedes is pretty posh too! Not french, but Cassia means Champion in Greek, and Danica is "morning star" in Hebrew. Such a gorgeous girl!

Genabee
Congratulations on your new addition!!! I am researching French names myself at the moment, as we are going with a French theme for our children's names! How about: Tullulah (my fave name, Hubby won't have a bar of it!) Ciel (pronounced see-elle, french for sky) Madeleine Magurite Antoinette Aurora Odette Francis Phoebe Gigi Lulu Ariane Claudine Charlotte (Lotti for short) There are heaps more out there, many are quite long though.... We picked Genevieve to team with our french theme, even though it is a bit long... she answers to her pet names too though (or any name yelled out in a high pitched voice really!)! Good luck with the names!
