Kirislin
I dont even know what it is. I am assuming something to do with photography since you've put it here. Edited August 15, 2010 by Kirislin
AussieDog
Sort of - indirectly i guess. It's a gadget to make sure that your monitor is set to a "true colour" of sorts. Ie what you see on the screen is exactly (or as very close as possible) as to what is printed out colour wise. If you don't calibrate your monitor you may find your printed photos are darker or lighter than what you thought they would be because of what you see on your monitor. I guess it's more for the serious/business photographers who send there photos off to get professionally printed as you can also create ICC profiles.
