Kimjm1
I am not aware of any dog pools in Sydney there is a Animal Physiotherapist who has an underwater treadmill. Google Sydney Animal Physiotherapy for her details
Erny
I am not aware of any dog pools in Sydney there is a Animal Physiotherapist who has an underwater treadmill.Google Sydney Animal Physiotherapy for her details I'm not a canine physio/chiro or any other form of canine structure specialist or expert, but my thoughts are that the underwater treadmills are even better for rehab than swimming pools. Don't know what the other of our DOL experts think. Edited August 16, 2010 by Erny
KateM
Berrima Boarding Kennels has an indoor swimming pool for dogs - I used to board my dog there when she was younger so that she could get some swimming exercise! mac'ella
thanks for the replies the treadmill sounds good so Ill ring them on the weekend,it will be a better drive on the weekend, once summer gets here I can take him to the river again but I don't think the water temp at the present will help much with arthritis even though its not bad. He goes back for more chiro on sunday, his foot reflex is almost back to normal and he is actually striding out more. The chiro wants a bit of weight off to lessen the strain on his back so swimming is the go.
Kimjm1
Underwater treadmill is superior to swimming for muscle growth and strength gain
