dougal Posted August 8, 2010 Share Posted August 8, 2010 While I was trimming paws today I accidentally nicked my girl's paw (on the pad). It wasn't large (tips of the scissors), but looks like it is opening up more after she has walked on it. Any suggestions as to what I should put on it? Betadine? Doesn't seem to bother her. My Saluki boy gets knocks on his back legs from rough housing regularly. I clean up with a weak solution of diluted Peroxide and then use diluted Betadine to treat it. Works really well.
