InspectorRex Posted August 5, 2010 Share Posted August 5, 2010 Let's just hope that those of us with Council Approved Disabled Parking Permits will be able to utilise the designated Disabled Parking Bays at KCC Park for a change PLEASE. :D Everyone just be considerate and allow those of us with these Permits access to these bays. It is hard enough to even get to a venue then have to "argue" for a designated disabled parking bay with an able bodied person puts one off from entering shows. maybe as the entry is so big the wonderful Lillydale committee could have someone in the parking area to ensure that we have access to disabled parking bays ?? We agree the parking is tight and disabled parking is an issue brought to the attention of DV CEO & President by LKC at the clubs meeting last Saturday.We have requested additional signage for disabled parking plus line marking of the sealed areas asap. We won't be supervising car parking as such but will assist with direction and parking to the maximum as close as possible to the show site. In the meantime please e-mail DV office Attention Elizabeth White and add your weight to disabled parking. Thank you for your entries and we have a "treat" for exhibitors as a BIG thank you!
