CareyJ
Here are the first photos from my new Canon 450D. I have deleted so many photos but have tried just about everything on every automatic option possible. I definately need to do a course but having fun playing for now. A most unwilling subject...Leila "Leila at the footy" This was a total fluke when I was playing with the 55-250mm lens. I quite like it except the top of her head is cut off. Stop taking photos of me, I've had enough! Edited July 25, 2010 by CareyJ

CareyJ
nice Looks like you have a fair amount of light coming into your dining room too Unfortunately our dining room doesnt have that much light - it is our outdoor setting! The day was beautiful and the light coming on to the table was great! Looks like anything that doesn't move out of the way today is going to get its picture taken by you! :D Have fun with it, I know you will. Yep pretty much ;) And even things that did move (Leila)! OH spent most of the day walking around with no or little clothes on knowing that there was no way I was going to take photos of him as much as he wanted me to! Good thing we didnt get any visitors! The first shot of Leila was one of my first which made me very happy with the little camera!
