Jezzamont
Hello I have been informed that Vytrate liquid concentrate (electrolyte) may be given to dogs and puppies?? It is for lamps and pigs etc but no mention of dogs. I wonder if anyone has any information on Vytrate? If you are using the sachets they are made up to 2 litres. If you are using the liquid the composition is the same as "Recharge" for greyhounds The dilution rate is 10ml per 250ml of water
OSoSwift
I have used it on dogs with no problems, and have been given for a dog by my vet.
WreckitWhippet
Yes it's fine for dogs and puppies. There are other brands that are not safe for dogs. http://www.dolforums.com.au/index.php?show...hl=electrolytes
oakway
Yes suitable for dogs. I have been using it for years and what's more the dogs love it. I have never had a problem getting the dogs to drink Vytrate. I purchase the liquid one and make it up by the squeeze up built in measure.
