Co Ownership Agreement

I need to do up an agreement for co ownership, are there any templates available anywhere? We have come to a verbal agreement but want to put it on paper. When I sell my pups to pet people I use the contract/agreement from dogs vic website with my own variation on a couple of clauses, is there something similar I can print out from somewhere or is it something I should just write up on my computer and print out? Never done co ownership before, so its all new to me so any advice would be great.

There is a template for one on Dogs Qld website. Pretty basic.

The dog gets a new membership number. Both parties must be members of DogsVic.

I am in a co-own with a dog from WA. A new number was generated, but still co owned
