One of my little girls I bred was registered on limited reg and I would like to upgrade her to the main. How do I do this, there isnt a section to upgrade on the back of the form, I vaguely remember there used to be?

I would also like to put her in co ownership, can they do all this together or should i upgrade first and then transfer to co ownership.

Thanks

You will need to write a brief letter to Dogs Vic explaining why and pay the fee. It might be easier to go in and do it in person.

keep it simple - you have changed your mind and would like to show the dog.

The dog can be moved to Main register and the Syndicate ownership done at the same time. You can just write on the front or rear of the certificate of registration that you want the dog moved to the main register - you do not have to submit a letter or give a specific reason - that would only be required if the dog's registered owner was another person as they would need a letter from you as breeder to move the dog from Limited to Main registers.

Both you & the coowner will need to complete a Syndicated Dog application form - ring the office if you need one sent out to you or download from the DOGS Vic website http://www.dogsvictoria.org.au/assets/form...ed%20dog_10.pdf

There will be 2 transfers fees - one for the move between registers & the other to transfer the dog into the Syndicate.

You will also have to write out a Syndicate agreement which has to be signed by both parties - you must submit a copy of that with the Syndicate application form.

Cheers
