RubyStar
What a pain RubyStar! So lucky not to need to claim during that time. All is fine with our policy, I had to renew credit card details in March and payments are going out. Good thing as I'm about to put in another claim (only just banked the last one ) I know I'm so thankful I haven't needed to claim! Cos that is when they definitely wouldn't allow me to pay up all I owe to avoid the lapse. Still waiting for them to get back to me so I can give them my card details! Grrr!!! Edit: and I don't want to call them and have to explain the whole story over again! At least it's in the email I sent and can deal with the one woman. SmoothieGirl
Gulp, damn, I have a feeling I only have one policy coming out of my CC, rather than two, one for dog, one for cat. Right, best I check that, thanks for the heads up RS. Btw, I love your new sig. Great to see fit Labs!

Mrs Rusty Bucket
In my experience - direct debits only stop when you drop a written request off at your local bank. And it pays to note date, time, branch and the name of the employee you handed the form to.
