Theres an aussie breeder round here that has a very old peke who is not only an aust champ but has a crap load of obedience titles...shes one special peke! One day when I have the time for the grooming I will have one! ETA if i have the time to groom I will have a Havanese two! They would probably be the only two coated breeds Id ever own! Specially when you first got in the door and had to greet all five of them! Alas reality has hit us and while we thought we were finally going to be out of the rentals and in out own home in early January, it looks like it'll now be over 18 months away. I'm bummed. puppies in rentals scare me. still dealing with my boy and the damage he does on occassion. so i'll add that i need my own home. The last time he was going away for a long time, he bought me.... yes, you guessed it! A puppy!!! This time I was considering asking for a brother for Genevieve, but I decided I would like earrings to match my engagement and wedding rings... I got a dining room setting instead. Close enough. Looks like I'm stuck with another Dobe, then. :D A new husband, mines broken Ditto. will swap broken husband for another GSP....any takers? Mine's broken too......but another one I do not need! OK - I'll swap him for the Dobe above. Can I swap mine for a lappie puppy, cream female preferable But will consider all reasonable offers...
