jazawayaya
Hello, Not sure if this is the right place to post this.. Me and my partner are looking for a female italian greyhound. Preferably an older retired girl 2-5 years old. Desexed or we will get it done no problems.. Will be coming to a loving home with no children and one other little male dog. Regually checking dozonline but nothing much coming up. Located in Adelaide- would prefer someone local... Please pm if you can help or have any questions! thanks

SparkyTansy
What about giving breeders a call and advising them that you are interested in a mature bitch? They might not advertise and rely on people to contact them.
oakway
How about joining in the Italian Greyhound list on dol. http://www.dolforums.com.au/index.php?showtopic=106172
Kirislin
Might be worth contacting Iggy rescue. Although they are in NSW they still might be able to help. http://www.iggyrescue.com.au/index.html they are members of DOL too indigirl and dogmad. Have found the list of registered breeders on here so will definitely do a bit of a ring around :-D How about joining in the Italian Greyhound list on dol.http://www.dolforums.com.au/index.php?showtopic=106172 Thanks have said a little something Might be worth contacting Iggy rescue. My main reason for wanting a close breeder is that I am not entirelly sure how well a new addition will get on with my current little dog. I am thinking it will be fine as he shared at the rspca but yeah not entirelly confident. That is why I would be hoping on a couple of meetings first and having a 'trial' period off a breeder and if things go terribly wrong there is an option to return her... Hope that makes sence? If I were to adopt one from out of state it would be very difficult if things got out of hand in returning her...
indigirl
I think your best bet would be to email all the IG breeders in Adelaide/SA with your request. The IG breeders are listed under the breed listings on the DOL homepage. Good luck!
