I'm encountering cases of the suffix (IID) after dog names recently, and it's a term I'm either unfamiliar with or have forgotten. Could someone tell me what it means and whether it is an official part of a dog's name on its ANKC pedigree?

Yes, as LL said I treat it the same as (AI), so would catalogue it appropriately.
