MooBoo
Animal Tracks at Homebush. I LOVE them. Very small practice and awesome with the doggies and their nuerotic owners. They are very good vets but I dont think?? they have wheelchair access. Someone would need to assist getting in the front door. Just to open the door, there is no step to get in. Cordelia
Great Western Animal Hospital Most of the vets mentioned in the thread aren't in Western Sydney at all... (Bondi in particular is absolutely miles from here!)
Whippetsmum
How far West? My vet is possibly the man for the job, he is located in the Hills/Blacktown area. His has a family member with communication and mobility issues, the surgery is accessible with no step, you can park at the door if need be. This man has the patience of a Saint, I have always found him thougtful and kind, and he never seems to rush you out the door. He has always been very reasonable with his fees too. PM me if you'd like his contact details. Whippetsmum

Cookiez
Hey there, I would highly recommend Great Western Animal Hospital on Great Western Highway at Pendle Hill. This is our local vet and all the staff are so friendly. Our dog absolutely loves going there!
kamuzz
Makes you realise how much we take mobility for granted. I use Baulkham Hills Vet Hospital and while they take as long as needed on an appointment, and insurance is no drama, I don't know if their access needs your needs. The door opens outwards (towards you) and there is a step up into the building. Once you are inside everything is level. http://www.baulkhamhillsvet.com.au/
