Hope this hasn't already been posted I did a quick search in general but couldn't see anything. If anyone does this I'd love to see some pics of your pooches at work!! Miss B
I took my dog to work today (and yesterday), does that count? Can't take him tomorrow, he's at his breeders place.

Guest
What a great idea! It would certainly challenge my organisation's flexible working policy! And Shebu could be my proxy at all my boring meetings. Realistically though, I think we'd both be shown the door.
voloclydes
yes i would take mine but the last time i did i nearly coped a fine. why because i work in a national park, i was taking to the vet after work to get sniped but the ranger was not impressed. mutt lover
I used to take my old girl Lady to work with me as I work as a personal care worker going into old people's homes and helping them with their daily activities etc but they were giving her too many sweet biscuits etc and then she was barking at them wanting more all the time and was getting too fat so don't take her anymore lol!. tez
Taking Jane to work would be like taking a bull into a china shop Gus, on the other hand, would be a sweet little gentleman but sadly I'm sure the Doctors wouldn't be impressed if I bought him along as the fifth receptionist...plus he would probably do a better job than me and I need the money to pay for all Jane's vet bills
J...
I possibly could if I wasn't in the office all day - given my office is located at a food manufacturing company I don't think it would look very good If I was out on the road it would be a different matter, but they'd spend nearly all day in the car and I'm sure they'd be much happier at home chewing on a bone and sleeping on the back deck until I get home. laneka
I would dearly love to take mine to work but a Rottweiler in a chocolate factory would not go down at all. Dogs are not even allowed in the carpark.
black magic
Scout would be in heaven at my work. 40 kids to play with all day would be her dream come true. Shame she isn't able to come with me

ness
I could possibly but not sure how much "work" I'd actually achieve. I have taken them in with me for an odd hour or so to pick something up or do some printing but a whole day :D :D .
Winterpaws
I work from home most days of the week so mine are lucky to be with me pretty much all the time. It would be hard to work out which one to take to the office if I had to decide!
tlc
I work from home most days of the week so mine are lucky to be with me pretty much all the time. It would be hard to work out which one to take to the office if I had to decide! I have that dilemma all the time with going different places if I can't take the lot, who do I take? It's always a tough decision, I usually take which ever dog fits the occasion
Starkehre
Well, I work from home, but I quite often take my dogs down to the post office as I do posting every week day. I have a great relationship with the staff at my local, let in the back door, and do my own forms etc. They all love to see Dyzney and Jag and Jag loves burying his head in all the upright postal sacks waiting to be filled. Julia usually takes them around to behind the front counter so they can say to all the other staff and Jag pops his paws up on the counter for pats by the customers... well the ones that are game to pat a big Rotti Treats, wrestles and hugs, then we head back to the office again. So, today, I will take them down there, as the post office is almost like another work place for me, I spend so much time there.
rastus_froggy
Sometime I take my dogs to work with me but they don't enjoy it quite as much anymore since we moved into our new facility as I won't let them play on the equipment (gymnastics) anymore as it is so perfect being brand new. At the old building (not in work time) I use to make agility courses for the with the old equipment. During class time the kids get way too sidetracked with the dogs in the gym. So my guys will stay home today.
