W Sibs Posted June 23, 2010 Author Share Posted June 23, 2010 Thanks everyone... just wanted to share this happy news with everyone!! Emmy definitely does wonders for Charlie and help him get better. She makes him more active and bring out the inner puppiness in Charlie (he never was a normal puppy!).. although, sometimes it's not so great for the humans It's amazing to watch how gentle is she with him... it's as though she knows how much he can handle, so she holds back a little. But, with any other dog.. she is truly a feral child and somewhat bossy. When he is having a sore day, she will just lay beside him on his bed and they play bitey face together. As for, the boyfriend and I. We don't think looking after Charlie and doing what we have to do is a huge thing... I think it's because we've all adjusted to it now. Charlie has given us heaps more then we could ever give him and, honestly, it's not that hard looking after him.
